Awesome people very passionate about care.
This place used to be 5 star now not even a one star. They will call you to have you jump through their hoops so that they can get paid by Medicare not to mention that every single thing you have to have a separate appointment for so if need your refill and you are sick you cannot be seen for both even if you're refill may very well have to do with why you're sick. Some call that bilking? Awful
If there was a zero I would rate them a zero. Made appointment to refill blood pressure medicine and also had a sinus infection. They checked my blood pressure said it was good and called in prescription for antibiotics. When I was leaving parking lot I thought she didn’t mention my blood pressure prescription refill, so I called them to remind them that needed refilling. They called me back said I needed to make another appointment for that. Why? Is this a new policy? Their personnel was great. To me this is highly unethica... read more
