Out son passed away last September, Josh Cly Hull. This funeral location had served my family in Grundy County for years. However the original owners sold out to another group. I have NEVER felt so disrespected by anyone as I did by the current owners. My wife posted the truth about this place when all went bad last September. July 1st my niece was in a horrific accident. She was only 9 years old. Four months later it’s still hard to talk about but I think it’s important that certain people know how much they helped us through that time & how something that was already so hard, could have been made even harder had it been in another funeral homes hands. Tracy City location not very professional. Favor the birth mother of our son rather than respecting his birth mother and his birth father. They did not even inform any of us when our son laid in their crematory for weeks until his father and I called to ask where were our son's remains. All they seem to care about is money. We paid what we were told to pay the day of our son's services, only later to call his father and I a lier when we told Dean to mail remains since we live 1.5 hours away after they assured us it was safe ... read more
