THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! A month ago I went into the gas station to hand the cashier Chuck money for my gas. I went outside and nothing was coming out of the pump. After getting no gas I went back inside and there was no line. I asked Chuck what happened because I am not getting any gas. Chuck asked me what pump I was trying to use and I kept telling him pump 2 but he kept asking me the same question which I thought was odd. I went back outside to get gas again and still nothing. When this store 1st opened I was a regular every morning would get a iced coffee and gas the original morning crew we knew each other by name and they were always helpful now Iam lucky if I can get help without an attitude go there in the morning to get gas every other morning and the store is dark can’t go in and get coffee or a drink workers inside sleeping or something cause you never see any movement inside and this is a 24hr location
Lazy worker wants to keep the lights off and pretend the store is closed, no problem, didn’t try to go inside was outside my car on my phone cops show up and trespass me with no communication from the worker inside even though I was minding my buisiness. Peoples money must not be good at Cumberland at all.
