Lazy worker wants to keep the lights off and pretend the store is closed, no problem, didn’t try to go inside was outside my car on my phone cops show up and trespass me with no communication from the worker inside even though I was minding my buisiness. Peoples money must not be good at Cumberland at all.

Today I filled up my car, the price should been $43,00, but I was charged 98,61 , I went back to find out why , i spoke to the manager , who first said the bank was holding this amount, I dispute it, then she said , she would look into what happened, then she left me waiting for almost an hour , after that , she said i pulled up 30 gallons, i explained to her my car is Hyunday only holds 15 gallons, but tried to convince me that i was wrong she right, after I said I went my money back , she got so upset and she tossed the mo... read more

I visited the Cumberland today, as I usually do every Friday and Saturday with a friend. I always buy a drink there without any issues, but today, the staff politely refused to serve me. Despite my usual visits, they insisted on seeing my friend’s ID and my family’s. I think the staff member just didn’t want to help, even though she was being polite.

When this location first opened, it was great. It must have changed hands a few years later and went steadily downhill. Many pumps out of order and the working ones often do not give receipts. Their gas prices aren't always competitive even with rewards. We stopped using the attached convenience store due to consistently unstocked rewards items, basically rendering the so-called rewards useless.
