The worker Jess was too busy complaining about her co workers while she was working the register to even acknowledge the fact that I had greeted her. She made me stand there while she complained for five minutes straight to the other woman at the register before she scanned my stuff so she could finish her conversation, completely unprofessional,
Great store
I came in for an iced coffee this morning and was charged for a hot coffee instead. The girl behind the counter needs to pay more attention to what she is selling.
I went to Cumberland farms and a girl Karla was on her cell phone texting in front of customers and constantly left her register and disappearing. One of the workers told her she wasn't suppose to be on her phone and Karla screamed at her. What I observed is her wandering in the store and no working. I observed her being nasty to Lynn. I saw her not working and on her phone.
