I start my morning off with Cumberland farms because of the AMAZING deals and rewards you guys provide and I went today to put gas in my vehicle and use my rewards for a 20cent of every gallon and she was VERY rude to me couldn't even explain to me kindly how to input my phone number and use the app properly it's not even 12pm and being rude to a customer that came in saying excuse me and was very polite is horrible customer service no need to be rude !! The older woman behind the counter is the nastiest and rudest person I have ever come across in my entire life. I'll never come here again as long as she is working there. Cursing and yelling while customers are in the store. Rude and arrogant to everyone.
Pretty good gas station with a wide range of snacks and food. The hot pizza is a great optionif you're in a rush.
This Cumberland Farms sucks, I stopped here at 9:30 to gas up and use the bathroom, but the attendant wouldn’t let anyone use the restroom. He said, “We close in 30 minutes”, and denied the other person next to me, a paying customer the opportunity to use the restroom. I decided not to spend my money there since he decided he had the authority to cut off the restroom for consumers and potential consumers.
Dis gas station never have changed for $100 or $50 every morning taking my money and go somewhere else no good business here and the employed are rude for no reason the one male and two females in the the morning day mess up your day by being rude I rather go to the one in Cromwell nice service and happy people I give that place 5 stars all day.
