My son and I are on a 20 Hour drive from Florida to Maine. I am a 60-year-old man with a common problem. I need to go to the bathroom often. We passed three other gas stations to go to this gas station as we planned on buying food and drinks using their facility and filling up our car with gas. Upon arrival at 9:30 at night, the bathrooms were barricaded. I asked the attendant what was wrong with the bathroom and he said nothing we just don’t want to clean them. Stop on my way home from a long trip paying for gas cashier so rude. Asking for a bathroom and she so sarcastic said was flooded but is not a sing or nothing and I ask her how they gonna do it all day without a bathroom and she was more sarcastic. If you gonna have a business and don’t let customers using the bathroom that’s awful not everyone is the same. And customer service is the most important part of retail
