I visited this gas station at 9pm on 8/8/25 and had a very negative experience with the attendant on duty. The employee was rude, avoided making eye contact, and did not greet or acknowledge me at the counter. Their behavior toward me felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. No customer should be treated with such disrespect. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope management takes steps to address it so all customers are treated with courtesy and fairness.
I was there this afternoon(July 1st, around noon) and the ladies at the register made fun of my accent(speech impediment) and laughed at me. Very-very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to say something but walked away. Next time I will make a very big deal of such rude behavior!!!
There are 3 registers and multiple staff they only like to use one which slows everyone else down staff are extremely disrespectful and rushful no patient at all. Just go to the one in wellfleet much better service and way cleaner
The cashiers make the shopping experience so unpleasant. Its usually the same guy and lady. They don't say hi or anything, or reply back when we told them hi or thank you have a good day. Nothing!, I worked in retail for years and no matter how upset I was I never acted like that with a customer, even when dealing with rude ones! Flat affect, no smile no words. Wow!
I hate to be that guy and never leave a reviews for convenience stores but the only reason it's getting two stars is because I could get Cumbys coffee in ptown considering any other coffee out there is about $9 BUT... I go to that store at least one time a year for the last 20 years and I have never seen any of those women (the majority of them) smile unless to each other while chit-chatting instead of ringing people up that are standing in line for 5 minutes waiting for them to get over their conversation.
