Every time this particular employee is working, there seems to be an issue. She consistently appears unsure of how to complete basic transactions. Today I came in to purchase cigarettes and request cash back, and she said she didn’t know if she could process it. This isn’t the first time she has been unsure how to handle something that should be standard procedure at a regular gas station.
