I’ve been going to this gas station/convenience store since it has been open. Customer service and all Staff are very helpful. Today I purchased 2 burritos from the fridge. I was heading to work therefore I wouldn’t be able to warm the food up without a microwave or oven. An employee by the name of Jason asked me if I wanted him to heat up my food. CARMEN felt the need to embarrass me and yell at me because they have a roller cart in front of the bath rooms at 5am. Ihad an emergency situation come on and had no time and needed to use that bath room quick. So I ran I there its a public bathroom why is it closed anyway!??! Totally rude I tried to explain was an emergency and she wasn't hearing iit and refused to let me buy my already made coffee at check out. Why couldn't she just let that one go. . Cumberland Farms is like that friend who’s always 10 minutes late but still brings snacks, so you can’t stay mad. The coffee is hot, the donuts are sugary, and the gas doesn’t make my car cough like a Victorian orphan. The only reason I’m docking a star is because I once bought a sandwich here and it looked like it was made by someone who had just watched a YouTube tutorial on “what is bread.” Still, staff is friendly, the bathrooms are surprisingly un-horror-movie-like... I’ll be back… probably tomorrow.
