Jan 17, 2022, my husband placed a call at 11:32 a.m. due to what we suspected Covid. At 4:32 p.m. I called and was told, we are understaffed, not sorry let me get someone for you. Subsequently, my husband died Jan 19, 2022 from heart issues related to covid. I highly recommend you keep searching for a practice that has your best interest. I did contact the office a few weeks after my husband died to express my concern. The office manager assured me this would be addressed.
