Unprofessional to put it nicely. They steal money. They change bill due dates without informing you then wont wave a late fee because of their mistake. They are selfish and rude and have never tried to make any of their mistakes right. They just dont care about their customers at all. They also use subcontractors and not cumberland employees for services because its cheaper but have no problem over charging you and not paying back the money they owe you. Not enough typing room to get into the problem they caused and them stealing money from our family but they are typical corporate greed! if you can get your internet elsewhere I would recommend that because this place is unreliable and will over charge and charge you for services you dont have and steal your money and never give it back. It should be illegal what they do to customers.

Worst Customer Experience Ever. They do not care about the people in the community that which they provide service to. I moved out of my residence and requested my power be shut off on 19MAY23. The people that bought my residence didn't active the service until 22JUN23. They provided the contract stating that they were responsible for the utilities from 20MAY23 onward.
