Installation screwed into my BRICK exterior rather than between in grout lines like any competent human would know— my exterior is damaged unnecessarily!! Why??????? 🤬
This place is insanely corrupt! My Internet bill should be the same every month but every time I get a bill it goes up even more. I can only afford what I've been paying, I can't keep getting loans from people to pay my Internet. I don't think y'all understand what it's like to struggle and the fact that y'all take advantage of everyone because you know that we can't get power anywhere else is sick. Absolutely horrible service. Electricity goes out several times a year. Flickers on and off for no reason. When you call customer service, all you get is excuses and lies. I suggest investing in a whole home power surge protector. Otherwise, you could find yourself replacing thousands of dollars in appliances and electronics. It's not a "me problem" when the entire neighborhood's power is out! It's Cumberland Electric's fault! They need to invest in their infrastructure! Stop making excuses and do your job!

En mi casa solo vivimos 3 personas es un abuso la electricidad en casi $400 no quiero estar en tennesse electricidad y agua cada mes es mucho dinero muy mal todo aquí en portland .. my house we only live 3 people, electricity is an abuse at almost $400, I don't want to be in Tennessee, electricity and water every month is a lot of money, everything is very bad here in Portland
