This Clinic used to be great... What is happening in there? Similar to a couple of other experiences I read, something has changed in the last year. It started with them auto booking appointments for cleaning, X rays and etc that I did not book myself, and when I denied the treatments I was given a condescending talk about having wasted their time. I have never had such a thorough and comfortable dental cleaning before EVER. My hygienist was friendly, competent, and explained to me what she was doing and why throughout the whole process. I have never felt so relaxed and trusted the process so much. What a fabulous experience! Thank you!
