Was a client for all since a young girl service was great back then. Now they have grouchy people who burn the side of your mouth with cavity filler machine, that happened to me a few years ago. Also refuse to give my dental records because I switched to a new dental office.
I had a tooth pulled on the advice of Dr Lamb. A separate clinic said the tooth should have been capped instead of pulled. Cumberland Dental then sent me to a periodontist to have a root canal on a wisdom tooth, and the dentist said to have all the wisdom teeth removed completely (why recommend the root canal at all??). Cumberland Dental unnecessarily sent me to a periodontist, provided poor advice on tooth removal, and poor advice on wisdom teeth. Today I had an AMAZING appointment with Dr Michael Teague and I unfortunately forgot the name of the assistant. She made me feel calm about my stresses for my situation that I would normally freak out about. He was so knowledgeable and calm. Lastly, the coordinator was also wonderful. What I was thinking I would’ve been having a breakdown at turned into big smiles, help, and reassurance. Thank you to all of the team there and I fully recommend !
This Clinic used to be great... What is happening in there? Similar to a couple of other experiences I read, something has changed in the last year. It started with them auto booking appointments for cleaning, X rays and etc that I did not book myself, and when I denied the treatments I was given a condescending talk about having wasted their time.
