I took my bike in for a few minor repairs including a tire. While the mechanical service is great, it took them 9 business days (Monday not included) to mount a tire and a break pad. I had to actually call them to figure out when the bike was going to be ready. After I called again a week and a half later and realized all the mechanical repairs were done, they told me they had been waiting for me to come in for paper work concerning an inspection sticker.
