I happened to find this company off of doing a little Google researching, and I’m lucky that I did because I had the privilege of coming in and meeting Lauren, who was very professional and knowledgeable about the units and leasing information. So much so, in fact, that I felt obligated to give a review. While this option is slightly out of my price range, I appreciate the due diligence of her work and care for my needs.
Peter was the 1st professional knowledgeable maintenance person I've encountered while living here for 7 years.
Maintainance Team and the Office Staff at Cumberland Crossing is superb. Merideth had been really helpful and responds quickly to any problems. Peter and Hector recently changed my dishwasher and they were not only efficient and knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. They took the time to explain things, made sure everything was done perfectly, and even went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable in my new home. I can't say enough good things about Peter !
