Fantastic facility and staff. Those who gave poor reviews are likely people for whom nothing is ever good enough, and they choose to blame others. I tell everyone I know who is eligible to utilize this facility - thank you Cumberland Clinic!
Terrible experience. I made a complaint against Jennifer, and the entire facility turned against me. They completely mishandled my medical information to entirely removing my medical chart from their records. It's clear that because I made a complaint against Jennifer i was removed from the books from the mechanicsburg va center and the rest of the staff refused to assist me in retaliation. I simply wished for help with mental heath care I didn't need for their personal bias.They knowingly give you the runaround even though ... read more
