Cumberland County Health Dept I just started taking my children here in April. Yes, they are average, all the way down to the wait time. But they are kind and act like professionals. I think they have my children's best interest at heart. They are rather slow when it comes to assessing a patient, so imagine going there with all three at once. Average I went with my best friend and her son to get his tooth filled. They were an average dental office and a bit slow to check him in. The wait was not too unreasonable it was 20 minutes though they did have an appointment. When he came out he said they had been good with him and his face was numb. So for average dentistry this is the place.
