From my experience, the staff here are very rude and tend not to communicate with people. I walked in to deliver some paperwork because my information changed and I simply pointed out that I didn't have copies and that I was providing the originals to which the woman at the counter yelled at me, saying "I said I would make copies!" No need to yell, I'm just explaining...I have emailed the case worker with questions and I don't get any responses so my emails are ignored. For some unknown reason it took 5+ years for the county to get involved and take a nearby blighted property to court. These delays left the owner time to sell to a redeveloper (what seemed like last minute). I had inquired numerous times by phone, emails, and left many messages with questions. The township punted things to county and vice versa. Circles. This four month projected "flip" lasted a year and a half with what felt like little no oversight. How did this ( in the pics )get signed off on as acceptable?

Hello, I been waiting for almost a year and half if it hasn't been longer. Last time I came into the office about a few months ago all i got was attitude and was told they weren't helping nobody as in what she told me, domestic, violent, or anything else added to that they weren't helping nobody. I don't know how much I believe that but okay. I was respectful and walked out. Even tho the lady ignored me at first and walked passed me was worried about her lunch that she forgot in her car.
