From my experience, the staff here are very rude and tend not to communicate with people. I walked in to deliver some paperwork because my information changed and I simply pointed out that I didn't have copies and that I was providing the originals to which the woman at the counter yelled at me, saying "I said I would make copies!" No need to yell, I'm just explaining...I have emailed the case worker with questions and I don't get any responses so my emails are ignored.
