My sister had hip replacement on Friday. She has fallen today, and is unable to get up or move. The ambulance was called 3 1/2 hours ago, and still has not arrived! I understand rerouting to emergencies, but this response time is unacceptable!
My husband has been waiting all day and night, almost 12 hrs to be transported from Cape Fear Valley Hoke to CFVMC Owen Drive. This is totally unacceptable!! He was finally transported almost 14 hours later at 3:00am.
They did not bill my insurance (even though I sent them my insurance info) and repeatedly sent letters saying that they did in fact bill my insurance company & threatening to send the invoice to collections if I did not pay the balance in full. The billing department here needs to do a better job.
