This review is on the business/billing. The EMS crew were excellent. I never heard from the EMS dept. ,I never received a bill or a phone call. . Then one day I get a bill from the collection in the mail, that same day I get a call from them. When looking at the bill, the address is wrong, but it still got to me. When talking with the collection person, they have the address wrong but the phone number is correct. TWICE LAST YEAR MY HUSBAND FELL, ONCE AT HOME AND WE HAD TO CALL THE AMBULANCE THEY WERE THERE QUICK WERE VERY NICE DID THIER JOB, A FEW MONTHS LATER HE WAS COMING OUT OF A STORE ON HIS WALKER AND THE WHEEL HIT A SMALL ROCK AND FLIPPER HIM ON TO THE PAVEMENT. AGAIN HAD TO CALL FOR AND AMBULANCE, THEY WERE THERE QUICK, DID THIER JOB AND GOT HIM TO THE ER. THEY DID A GOOD JOB BOTH TIMES.

This is for Cumberland Co EMS! I had a vehicle accident last weekend and the EMS didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and do their job. When they were checking me out and my husband was standing there wanting to make sure that I was ok and I wanted him there beside me to calm me down they shut the doors in his face I wouldn’t recommend services from these people. This post is for Cumberland County EMS. I received a bill from them, which I did not expect since I figured Medicare and Tricare would cover it. The bill was for $705.00 from Tansi to Cumberland Medical Center. My husband and I were both extremely sick with Covid and unable to drive. This was unfair, and I want others to be careful and aware. Again, the company was Cumberland County EMS.
