We contacted Cumberland Comfort Pros after we had another company in town come out and "fix" the problem with our unit. They came out quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote for a new prefab pad, leveling out our unit, and duct cleaning. I could not be happier with the job they did. It was fixed correctly the first time. Very professional, and we will be calling them in the future for any other issues.
Just completed the first year of a maintenance contract with Cumberland Comfort Pros. HVAC techs have done an outstanding job performing preventive maintenance on our natural gas/electric hvac system. Zack did a thorough job inspecting hvac ducts in a crawl space challenging to maneuver due to high and low accessibility over a large area. Zack was outstanding. My heat and air unit was constantly running and not putting out the cool air as it should so l called Cumberland Comfort Pros and they sent out a tech to take a look at my unit and l was told that it has a bad leak and could cost $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 for repair if fixable but l would be better off to get a new unit that could cost over $10,000.00 for unit and labor and l didn't fall for that!!!
