It took almost a week to change my front calibers and brake lines. When I asked for the paperwork they shows what other parts they checked, I was told it's confidential. If it's about my truck, how is it confidential, it's not like I was asking for medical information. My truck does ride better now, but it could have been handled more professionally
Went to the Service Department for two recalls and an oil change. The service was done quickly. When returning my vehicle, Mike, the service rep, noticed a noise and pointed it out to me. Sure enough, a weight was hitting the caliper and making that noise. The team quickly resolved the issue. I trust this team with my vehicle and appreciate their diligence.
