My wife and I spent 8 nights on our catamaran and every one was perfect. We had a great first briefing and headed off to spend the time exploring the beautiful Whitsundays. Our boat was clean and equipped with everything we needed, the check in twice a day was helpful and reassuring. Wow! This was an amazing holiday right from the start with CCY. We hired the power catamaran, Saltar, for 5 nights cruising around the Whitsundays with friends and our girls (group of 6). Last minute, decided to elope! Rachel was absolutely amazing and so helpful!! From me initially reaching out not knowing the area or even anything about boats, she was so helpful and made brilliant recommendations to ensure it was stress-free and not a logistical nightmare. We had a great time onboard Whitsunday Dreaming this year. We had so much fun last year on Latitude lady we had to come back. The power cat was clean, well stocked and plenty of water, fuel and power. Priscilla and David were amazing giving us the briefing along with all the tips of best anchorages and routes. The live-on-board on the first night was perfect to settle into the boat. Thanks to all the staff for making another trip out to the islands seamless. We will be back!
What an amazing experience we had with Cumberland!!! Everytime we called to ask questions before going on our trip, the ladies at the office were so helpful. Nothing was ever a hassle or too much. The briefing and debriefing was good and Betty (boat) ran perfectly. Kyla did a great job on disembarking us! My only advice would be to try and stay on board the night before as it makes a difference to unpack and organise. Thanks again Cumberland. We can't wait to book again.
