Just washed off the salt & sand from our 2nd Charter with Cumberland Charter Yachts - and once again, it was great experience from start to finish. Emily in the office was a great help in the preparation before our arrival and then Sean introduced us to our boat the evening before our Sunday morning briefing with Phil. My wife and I spent 8 nights on our catamaran and every one was perfect. We had a great first briefing and headed off to spend the time exploring the beautiful Whitsundays. Our boat was clean and equipped with everything we needed, the check in twice a day was helpful and reassuring. Being surrounded by nature daily was something so magical, from dolphins, whales, turtles, reef sharks and a nightly fish show in the under water lights of our boat, we will value this forever. Wow! This was an amazing holiday right from the start with CCY. This was our fourth charter with Cumberland Yacht Charters, and once again everything was seamless and beautifully organised from start to finish. A special thank you to Emily for her warm support and guidance before and after our charter — her care and attention truly makes the experience effortless. Tyler provided an excellent debrief, and Briefer Dave started us off with confidence and clarity. We felt completely looked after and can confidently say they have customers for life. What an amazing experience we had with Cumberland!!! Everytime we called to ask questions before going on our trip, the ladies at the office were so helpful. Nothing was ever a hassle or too much. The briefing and debriefing was good and Betty (boat) ran perfectly. Kyla did a great job on disembarking us! My only advice would be to try and stay on board the night before as it makes a difference to unpack and organise. Thanks again Cumberland. We can't wait to book again.
