I would personally say my experience with this association was fanominal. They treated me with the utmost respect and care. I am appaled to the two previous remaks of malice towards these good men and women.

The only reason I am giving this crappy practice and Dr. Matsuyama one star is the epidural did work. the Dr. has the most horrible bedside manner, made me feel like a leper when I was suffering in labor with a scowl on his face and would not speak. In addition, they billed me incorrectly and refused to re-bill the insurance or work with me in any way. I have made offers to settle the bill and they refuse.
