Typical Culver's. The food is good and service was fairly quick.
I order 2 fish meals and 2 hamburger meal at the drive through. I spent $49 dollars. I get home and the second bag of food only has coleslaw and tater sauce. First bag 2 fish dinners. I call the store and talk to the manager. They say come back and get the missing food. So I drive back. They all knew 2 fries and 2 burgers were missing. I get home. Thete are 2 burgers and no fries!
Managers should beware of the food is being served! It’s not good, doesn’t look like advertised! I’m trying a different location to see if it’s store wide!!
Previously ordered fish sandwich at McDonalds, minus cheese, extra sauce. Was charged $.35 for an extra squirt of sauce, despite no cheese. Ordered same at Culver's, minus cheese, add pickles add extra sauce. No charge for pickles and sauce, PLUS a $.30 CREDIT for no cheese. Culver's 40% larger than McD, 40% more expensive, far superior product with a real piece of fish.
