Was picking up order and they gave me a free drink for my wait. I really appreciated this.
I submitted an online order for pickup at 7:05 pm. I parked in the curbside parking and checked in on the website at 7:02 pm. I finally walked into the store at 7:35 and waited 10 min in line. I then inquired about my order and the lady didn’t even check and stated it was still being made. I asked her if she wanted a name and inquired as to why it takes 30 min to make ice cream, she then took my name and walked to the back.
