I just stopped at Culvers 30 min. ago. I have been coming to this location for years, and the others on Airport & now the new one on Immokalee. I asked for a small choc cone. I go inside to get ice cream so it doesn't start melting at the drive through. The kid hands it to me and it's already melting down his hand. I said I don't want that. So now what I think who might be the manager gets another melting cone and wraps it with 5 napkins! The napkins are past the cone and laying on the melting ice cream.
