Every time we order from this location they forget part of our order. We ordered $125 worth of food and they left out our shrimp from our shrimp dinner, and only gave us the sides. I called them and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. We placed our order through Uber Eats and they said they no longer take phone calls and refused to help us in the app. So we paid $23 for onion rings, and pretzel bites since the forgot our shrimp.

BEWARE.. went through the drive thru and they charged my card for someone else's order! It was much more than mine. When I noticed on my visa statement, the managers accused me of lying, even though I had proof. Had to argue back and forth with multiple managers, show my evidence, and then they didn't credit back to my card - I had to go there and pick up a refund. I will NEVER return to the local Culver's. Culver's has the best quality food of any fast food restaurant, in my opinion. The ingredients are top notch, and everything is cooked to perfection. The staff at this location are always friendly and attentive, and the food comes promptly with kind words and a smile! I absolutely love this place!
