Shout out to the Manager. I got a kid's meal -something slight after the gym (iykyk) the fries were brown and old but he corrected it promptly. Food is usually GREAT. Thanks for fixing this. My obsession with Culver's freshness continues!
This place has gone down hill. We come here A LOT. $50 MINIMUM every time, multiple times a week. They are just so careless now. They refuse to ever make fries extra crispy, they are soggy everytime I ask for crispy. Then I get flavor of the day today which is supposed to be chocolate caramel twist and I get this slop inside. Like what is this. No caramel. Done going here and so sad bc it used to be our favorite.
