I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a tenderloin sandwich, and when I bit into it, the meat was clearly raw in the center. Instead of taking my concern seriously, the manager immediately insisted that it "couldn't be raw." After that, I was asked to describe what I was seeing, even though the sandwich itself was right there. Everyone at this location was amazing and the food was perfect! The staff even saw I lost my earring and came out the parking lot because he found it!
