Order was missing the large french fry and the added bacon on my sandwich. The onion rings were hot, crispy and fresh, but the rest of the order was sitting for too long and wasnt very hot or fresh tasting. The ruben sandwich bread was soggy, but was very skimpy on the ingredients. The garlic bacon pub burger was very dry, couldn't even taste the garlic mayo, the burger patties were almost burnt. The mashed potatoes had a very weird grit texture. All in all, overpriced, subpar meal.
The cashier today didn't ask if I wanted dine-in or carry out. Charged my card to dining fee and tried to brush it off. I told him I need my dine in tax back he said nothing so I repeated my self. He seemed upset by that. When he goes to had me my lose change he decided to put it on the contour instead off in my hand which I had extended.
