I want to take a moment to recognize Heather, the manager at Culver’s, for truly outstanding customer service. I was having a tough time with my card transaction in the drive-through, and Heather went above and beyond to help. I had an issue with one of the sandwiches i ordered for my boyfriend, but when i called the store and told them what had happened. They were more than understanding and went above and beyond to make it right. Not all food places are like that now a days, but i appreciate the extra effort in fixing the problem. I will be returning. I will post the picture of the crappy fish sandwich and then the apology food. Thanks again Culver's!
