The food is good but the service not so great. I can't count how many times our order is wrong. My sister and I go almost every Tuesday but no more. Last Tuesday was the last straw. Order wrong again.
Culver's has always been a great fast food dinner place for dine in or take out also for Burger with fries for the kids and hearty soups/stews for older adults plus delicious frozen custard treats... Like great value with decent food for the whole family!!! Always been a treat for our family if I'm not cooking dinner we'll get Culver's!!! Thanks Culver's Staff for always being friendly and helpful with quick service and clean!!!
I really really love this fast food stores in my community! Although the price is quite pricey, the service and atmosphere are very nice. I also love how the store hire a balance of all age workers including the elderly too. Yesterday, I was greeted by a very sweet old lady. She greeted me with a smile and asked what I would like for lunch. The atmosphere is quiet and super relaxing. The burger deluxe always taste good. definitely will come back again.
The staff at the Sunray location are friendly and helpful, and the menu is an extensive offering based on the burger restaurant theme. The ButterBurgers are always great! But the drive-thru and layout for the few cars that are waiting is atrocious! They need to more clearly designate the main drive waiting spots so that people pull forward
Service here is always amazing. Food always made fresh and delicious
