Took 35 min for one order and got the wrong sauces, wasn't busy and many cars got their food before me, incredibly frustrating.
I had a really disappointing experience at Culver’s. The food came out cold, like it had been sitting for way too long before being served. On top of that, the wait time was ridiculous—I stood around forever just to get a meal that wasn’t even fresh. The service was awful too; the staff seemed unorganized and didn’t care about helping customers. To make things worse, the dining area was dirty, with trash on tables and the floor not being cleaned. Overall, it was a frustrating visit and definitely not worth the money.
I just drove the school bus there, this time. The food must be good though, since we were the 6th bus in the lot and there were no buses and almost no cars in the other fast food places parking lots.
Took 25 minutes to get my food. Not the best quality either
So after a couple months ago of us having a hair in our burger, we were like OK let’s try Culver’s again. Let’s give them another shot ordered through DoorDash. They gave me french fries instead of the onion rings that I had to pay two extra dollars for when I called to complain About not getting my onion rings.
