We were excited when we found out, they built a Culver's in Hope Mills. It's nice to have a fast food option that is fresh ingredients and healthier choices for our children. The fish planks are delicious huge and white fish, very meaty without being fishy tasting. The burgers were also phenomenal, and we really enjoyed the dessert choices. From the moment I entered, I was warmly greeted by your team member, Alex. I was immediately impressed by how exceptionally clean and well-maintained the store was, especially considering how busy it was at the time. I received my Fish Dinner in under five minutes, which was both efficient and greatly appreciated. We come here frequently and love the food. The mushroom swiss burger and pretzel bites are my favorite. It's a nice place to hang out and enjoy your food. The service is fast and the employees are kind. My only complaint is that if you order more than two ingredients in your custard they never add the extras. I have to ask them to remake it every time I go which is frustrating. Aside from that this is a good place to get some food and a sweet treat.
Food was good, chicken tenders are cooked a touch hard.... but not bad tasting at all. The burger tasted fresh, the vegetables where fresh. Drink variety is decent. Offerings are good. Decent variety of food. I ordered the chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. Portion size of the fries is a bit less than most places, but they are good crinkle fries. Parking lot is a bit chaotic depending on the time of day, and the location is overall on the smaller size. Staff does turn over tables quickly.
The best place for lunch or dinner. There’s so many options, everyone can be accommodated. The service is quick and kind. The meals are brought to your table. The kids meals come with a “scoopie token” and a free scoop of custard coupon. Once you get 10 scoopie tokens, you can get a prize from the display case. The bathrooms are always clean and well lit. Definitely a weekly dinner spot for my family.
