Overall, not great. We waited half an hour for our food and when it arrived my burger was cold. I told someone at the counter, to which she, actually, physically touched the meat bare handed (and did not wash her hands after) and shrugged saying “I don’t know. We can’t take it back.” I asked for a new one to be made and she went to the cook saying “this lady thinks her food is cold. Service was great. The owner made a point to chat with each and every customer about the history of Culver's and made sure that we had a great experience. I Highly Recommend the Curd Burger with a side of Cheese Curds... We'll definitely be back!
I like Culver's. Had heard of it but never tried it until It came near me. The burgers seem like smash burgers with nice crispiness on the edges. The cod sandwich is impressive. It is the biggest piece of flaky fish I've had on a fast food fish sandwich, and the bun is super soft. Custard is good all around. And they just switched to coke products here! I love Culver’s and I would go every single time my daughter had a doctors appointment next door. We went today and it’s nice as always! The owner always checks in on everyone. Today everyone seemed a little off game but I understand because it’s Friday. As soon as we left I started drinking my milkshake and found something in it through my straw. I have no idea what it is but it smells horrid!! I would still come here but it might be a little bit before I come back..
Wonderful experience every single time I have been here. Even when we came late all staff was still very positive and took their time to make sure our food was right. You are always greeted and checked on the entire time you are there. Food is also always amazing. Amazing staff and so polite! As a farmer we appreciate all of the shout outs and respect put towards farmers in this establishment.
