I thought I would give money to the mom and pop shop but not only does the female owner and incompitent general manager rip you off, they charged me for more than I used of their half a**ed broken machine. I had to take it back 3 times. The last one they sent me with was fully broke and the owner wanted to charge me for the whole day though they sent me with something that was totally useless. Very Shoddy Equipment /Don't rent it until ya check it – The hydrolic lever on the engine hoist was broken. So the engine fell on me when I used it. Very bad customer service and we could not get a credit for this equipment being shoddy. We informed the clerk of the incident and said "you should have checked it before you left". I thought that this kind of equipment should be checked by the owners if they are the one's leasing the equipment. I will sure find out the regulations and hold them responsible.
