The first time I took my car in for an issue with my heater, I had exceptional service with no problems. This led to me bringing my car back when it was time for my annual service. On this occasion, the service had a sharp decline. When I brought the car in for the interval service, there was an issue with the engine which I only found out after inquiring. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE If I could give this dealership -1000 stars I would. We have suffered time and again with this as the closest Volvo repair center to our home. Do not waste your time, energy, or money even considering bringing your vehicle to this location. Go to the Santa Monica location even if it’s further for you and even if it’s dire enough for your car having to be towed extra distance.
