I was able to schedule an appointment easily. They gave me a loaner while they checked my tire. It turned out that it couldn't be mended, so they replaced the tire. The communication was clear and friendly. My car was washed when I picked it up.
Dropped my car off for preventative maintenance (oil change). I walked down the street in Culver, I saw my car driving around culver away from the dealership. I called dealership asking if they had a satellite maintenance facility. They responded with “no we do not, we do all our maintenance in house”. I then asked would there be any reason my car would be moved off site, they said no.
