I took my car here for a crooked steering wheel. The first alignment did not fix it which is fine, it’s hard to get the steering wheel perfect. The second alignment also did not fix the issue. I was able to talk to the service manager, David, who told me to bring my car in one more time. The third time I really felt like they took the extra time to make sure my steering wheel was set straight and they even refunded me for the trouble. It took me 30 minutes, 6 attempts to get through to their service department; You will only get a robot and you’ll get looped in the call by the robot, so you’ll get nowhere. If you want to buy your Mazda from a place where they offer top not service, this is not the place. Try other Mazda dealerships.
