I should have walked out and stayed out. This place is listed as a provider for Delta Dental. I had an extraction which was covered completely by my insurance, however the front office said the Delta Dental did not cover all of the service. They charged me $450 for a packing, which according to a dentist friend of mine, is normally part of the extraction, and that that material cost less that $25.00. Best Dentist I Have Ever Been To! – I am really surprised by these bad reviews... I have been going to CCFD since 2009 and it has been great all around. Dr. Taheri is very knowledgeable and professional, and his staff is really nice. I priced a root canal and crown at two other places, and CCFD gave me the best price. I highly recommend this office.
TERRIBLE DENTAL OFFICE – please do not go to this famly clinic. they are delta dental provider that do not stand by their set billings. my mother went to this company for dentures. they indicated the billing was $4000 however our insurance would cover 1/2 the cost. i found out later they were overcharging for fees and therefore her insurance would not cover the cost. the dental office was supposed to lower thier fees to the group amount and they would not do it. they were very nice at the beginning and became very rude in th... read more
Ripped me off – Dr. Taheri charged me way more than he estimated my dental work would cost. He put the wrong material in my fillings. Over the phone, he promised a 10% discount if I paid in full, which I did, but I did not receive the discount. I sent the clinic a letter with my complaints. When I called to check on the results, they were extremely rude and said that my lawyer could contact their lawyer. Do not trust this dental clinic.
