I spent 1k on a part that needed to be replaced and mechanics at roc auto decided to go to the junk yard and get a defective part for about 300$ and put it on my vehicle and act as if it was brand new. I was told to comeback of the part continued to make noise. Which was very confusing because why are you taking my money and sending me home with my car after 7 days of alleged maintenance…only for me to still hear the loud noise coming from my defective axle which is attached to the differential.
