UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!! Took our deposit and never showed up to do the job. Made excuse after excuse but never showed up. After MULTIPLE rescheduling we had to find another company but we still haven't received our deposit back. Josh says he's broke and doesn't have the money to refund our deposit back. Horrible experience! I paid a deposit for a custom vanity top and ever time we scheduled for the installation Josh canceled on me at the last minute. 5 times he kept me waiting and it was always me reaching out to confirm the appointment was still happening. Either the countertop wasn't finished or another issue had come up. I asked Josh multiple times to send me a picture of the countertop before scheduling again since he kept making the excuse it was not finished. He kept promising he would but didn't. Have used them for a while now for all of my cultured marble showers. Competitive pricing and quality work.. I will continue to use him for the foreseeable future.
