Horrible experience! I paid a deposit for a custom vanity top and ever time we scheduled for the installation Josh canceled on me at the last minute. 5 times he kept me waiting and it was always me reaching out to confirm the appointment was still happening. Either the countertop wasn't finished or another issue had come up. I asked Josh multiple times to send me a picture of the countertop before scheduling again since he kept making the excuse it was not finished. He kept promising he would but didn't. Josh and his team are extremely helpful and responsive. They are quick to respond and provide excellent customer service and product. The team at cultured marble customs are awesome for any and all cultured marble needs!
Josh was amazing to work with. We had to cancel the project due to personal reasons but the experience was still great. We will absolutely call him back when we need someone.
