I contacted immaculate and got one of the daughters on the phone. Asked her about a Chip in my countertop, she asked me to take a picture, which I did and uploaded it. I also asked her about the black lines that were left after installation , I was told that using a soft cleanser would get rid of those, but they have not gone away.. it has been a nine days and no response. I am very dissatisfied with their customer service.
Immaculate helped us with our master bath remodel. We did a tub and shower surround and quartz countertops. Working with them was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, professional and committed to making everything perfect. We love Jack and he did such a great job on installation. We mixed tile and cultured marble on the tub and shower surround, so it took some real finesse. I love my quartz countertops. The honed finish is so pretty. I am beyond thrilled with how it all turned out. Thank you everybody!
Immaculate put 3 showers in my house 10yrs ago. The showers turned out amazing now 10yrs later I called with 1 minor issue on a drain seal. They came right out and made the repair. The showers while 10yrs old look brand new. Jake and his team are amazing.
They have some great remnants and are great to work with.
We had stopped by and requested a quote to trim a marble backsplash to size that we had supplied with a vanity purchased at Home Depot and Immaculate granite countertops were unwilling to help us out. I know it may not be something they traditionally do but if you have a customer come in and request something (willing to pay) I feel like the right thing to do is to try and take care of them.
