When I came to write this review it does NOT surprise me that they ONLY have 5 star reviews!!! WOW. Got my engagement AND wedding band here. Husband got the engagement on his own and it's complete perfection. We went back together to get the band (which we're thankful had a matching bad). Anyway, the shop is tucked away in a nice lil cozy area in downtown Woodstock. Plenty of parking - never a worry there. The store is locked, so either an appt or a lil knock will get you in. Cultured Brilliance is local to me and I saw it had fantastic reviews, so I decided to give it a try. Tony was excellent from the moment my family walked in, guiding us through every step of the process. I also gave him very last minute notice for my planned engagement, but he was still able to get it done despite the time crunch. If you want your needs tailored personally and professionally, Cultured Brilliance is the exact place for you. Super friendly staff, and I could not have asked for better service.
Tony is a pleasure to do business with. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great communication through the whole process, much better than purchasing through one of the big jewelry companies. Would recommend anyone to Tony, I’ll definitely be coming back.
