Absolutely loved my first experience here! The cold plunge and red light therapy were such an amazing reset—I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already looking forward to coming back. 5 Stars I recently completed the Vitality Reset at Culture OC and left feeling noticeably better than when I walked in. I am super grateful for all of the help that Troy and the staff were able to give me as I was coming back from a knee injury getting ready for season. I did hbot, red light, pemf, and contrast therapy to help my recovery go well and all of it helped! Also recommend brain tap for getting your mind right!
