I got to culture OC like twice a week I specifically go for their cold plunge . I love it. It’s the perfect temperature all day every day. I can go in the morning or the afternoon or right before they close and it’s always the perfect temperature. Their staff is great. Their equipment is great. Their place is clean. It’s very warm inviting and friendly And I’ve tried multiple places to cold plunge. This is my favorite and it’s pretty much the only one I go to at this point.

Utilize the hyperbaric chamber to recover from a shoulder surgery also got to use red light therapy and cold plunge sauna made a huge difference in my healing journey
