Well oiled machine with passionate people who really do care about the community's health and wellness. There are so many modalities (infared sauna, hbot, pmef, red light bed, cold plunge etc) all in one spot. Thank you!
Love this place! Hands down the most caring crew in the OC! Starting with the owner Troy- to his team Tristan, Abbie, Angela and Caylene- I honestly appreciated how much time and care they provided to help me heal from a 2nd degree burn to my left foot. UCI Burn/Wound Care Center was surprised to see me heal 50% faster using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Sessions to treat the burn. Peptides helped too! I cannot recommend this place enough! Troy had incredible breathwork experiences and they really go out of their way to help you with your bio hacking goals. One of my favorite places to frequent for sure

I’ve had a great experience at Culture OC. The therapies they offer have been incredibly helpful in my recovery process as an athlete. I’ve been consistently using the red light therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and the Bain tap sound therapy, and they’ve made a noticeable difference in my healing and overall performance.
