This place is pure vibes—right from the start, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The salon itself is chic, stylish, and just feels good to be in. My stylist, Sam, is truly an artist. She listened carefully to what I wanted, added her own thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I loved the final look. The result? A flawless long ‘90s bob that I’m obsessed with. Rachel did an amazing job on my hair! I couldn't be more happy with it, the color and the cut are just perfect. The whole atmosphere of the place was also just really nice and I will definitely be coming back in the future !

Besy, Katie and the whole team at Culture is amazing! Besy is incredible at knowing how to cut curly hair. I'm used to NYC stylists and she has been a wonderful find here. Always has hair tips and tricks for me, and I love also talking about Durham and life with her. The staff at Culture is warm and helpful, and the studio is really fun to visit. Great wine and seltzer options!

Had a great experience. I don’t ever have good experiences with hair salons but Kylie was amazing. I did not make it easy for her (sorry) because I had no idea what I wanted but she delivered and I will be back for continuous hair cuts. Thank you.
