Hardly any machines, the ones they have are really old and outdated. Limited space and the same price as other gyms with 5x the equipment and staff. counting down till my 12 months is done (don’t wanna pay the exit fee). You’re better off putting a weight set in your garage and going for a walk Edit- staff are nice tho i’ll add a star for that
Amazing and knowledgeable staff, friendly environment, great options for machines and classes. Best gym I have been to.
Amazing locally owned gym. If you want something thats not a generic franchised owned place go check them out.
Leaving only because I'm moving town. Have loved this small relaxed gym ... trainers very friendly and approachable and all fitness levels and ages are welcomed here ... sad to go!
