I can honestly say this store has the best customer service and workers ever, makes me happy to come into a store and be greeted by kind, caring employees!!!! i was assisted by a worker girl with purple ish hair, nicest employee ive EVER talked too, give this girl a raise!!
Ordered 2 L shaped nose rings. They are so small and flimsy that they've both fallen out within 24 hours. The quality was good in the early 2000s. Not anymore. I emailed the email address on the receipt and received an email back saying the address does not exist. Very dissatisfied

Unfortunately, the Nanaimo store has horrible customer service like absolutely horrible. I’ve never experienced worst customer service in my entire life. If you need body, jewelry, definitely do not go here. If any of the management would like feedback on which representative it was feel free to comment and give me a better way to give my feedback! Horrible! She wouldn’t even let me look at some of the body. Jewellery didn’t greet me didn’t say hi and it wasn’t busy.
I can honestly say I have never dealt with such amazing customer service at any other store! I ordered an item that unfortunately was out of stock to pickup in store. Mandy from the warehouse was able to track down the item at a different location and have all my items sent to me and honoured the discount that was in place when I had originally ordered the items. I've always loved coming to this store and now so even more. Thank you so much again, Mandy for being so lovely!! <3 You made my whole week!
