I can honestly say I have never dealt with such amazing customer service at any other store! I ordered an item that unfortunately was out of stock to pickup in store. Mandy from the warehouse was able to track down the item at a different location and have all my items sent to me and honoured the discount that was in place when I had originally ordered the items. I've always loved coming to this store and now so even more. Thank you so much again, Mandy for being so lovely!! <3 You made my whole week!
Staff is always fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Great body jewellery collection, and adorable necklaces and other jewellery. Cute clothes and accessories, from cottage core to emo.
They (apparently) don’t honour the prices that are on their website for the products in the store, they tried to charge me $10 more for a ring that was on sale on their website. Ended up purchasing nothing and likely won’t shop here again.
I can't believe the lengths Kaia went to help me with my shopping experience. I was really under prepared to shop for a nose ring to replace my post. I'm not from Nanaimo so she dug through years old records and called the Edmonton store to find out the gauge of my piercing. She took so much time to look for the exact pieces I was looking for. She's an incredible and kind person. Thank you so much. Also for anyone shopping for great jewelry at a really good price, the selection here is amazing.
I've always loved to look around the store but I've never actually got anything until today. Theres so much cool stuff to look at and I'm pretty sure some of its local. Every one here is so so nice. If your in the mall I would highly recommend going here! (Got this little pin it's so cute)
