Fantastic selection of items. Nice staff. Unfortunately, the prices are obviously very inflated. So even when it's "Buy 2, Take 2", you aren't really getting any discount. Oh well. It just takes away from the shopping experience; I'd rather pay the honest, actual price.
Kaiya was very helpful for me. I had a request to change one of my items after purchasing and she optimistically helped me! The next time I come to Nanaimo I'll definitely check in again.
I can honestly say this store has the best customer service and workers ever, makes me happy to come into a store and be greeted by kind, caring employees!!!! i was assisted by a worker girl with purple ish hair, nicest employee ive EVER talked too, give this girl a raise!!
Ordered 2 L shaped nose rings. They are so small and flimsy that they've both fallen out within 24 hours. The quality was good in the early 2000s. Not anymore. I emailed the email address on the receipt and received an email back saying the address does not exist. Very dissatisfied
