The staff here are honestly amazing. I’ve been going there since 2020 🥰 and I’ve never had an issue! the staff are incredible. They’re so nice and personable. And they’re ALWAYS quick to help me out. I recommend this place to all my friends with piercings. It’s great quality at a decent price! And the warranty on their stuff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! As long as they’re in business they have a customer for life
Went shopping today at Culture and the service was amazing! The two ladies that helped us Kay and Viv were so friendly and very informative. Would definitely shop there again and recommend it to anyone.
Went here today and the girl who helped me was beyond amazing! She was super patient, kind, and helpful when it came to finding me a new medusa jewelry. I was really stressed and she helped put an end to all the stress. Thank you again! I will be coming back.

Quick, easy, hassle free exchange on warranty I didn't even realize they had. One of my tunnels broke and went to buy a new pair. Showed her the broken one and they replaced my pair right away. I only shop there as it is, but everytime I've gone to one of the kiosks, I've never had issues and they have always been kind, friendly and super helpful!!!!
