Straight up, this is bad business. I booked with the braider mya three weeks in advance and paid a deposit. Last minute, she cancels. No real effort to fix it, no accountability… and now she’s keeping my deposit and ignoring me. That’s not how you run a business. If you cancel on a client, you return their money. Simple.
