Washed the towels before use and the colour ran. So horrifically disappointed after spending hundreds of dollars on what I thought was meant to be a luxurious brand.
Shop Hale Mercantile instead!!!! Way better product and service. I’m so disappointed in the product quality and customer service at Cultiver! I have spent over $10k in a year and one of the doona covers had major problems with quality. I returned to the Mosman location and asked the manager to replace the doona cover as the color had completely faded after a month of use on a guest bed with no washing. I purchased the heavyweight bedcover. Unfortunately it had several flaws in the fabric, lots of unfinished threads, a hole with thread of a different colour. All very disappointing given it cost over $600! Even more disappointing is the fact that I wrote to Cultiver ‘customer care’ and days later I still haven’t received any response at all. Shoddy workmanship and even shoddier customer relations.
