I’ll remove this and 1000 others when the owner rectifies the problem. Bought a new home with Richmond homes in Stockton, a few weeks in my irrigation system blows and the shut off valve is unmarked and doesn’t appear to exist. Flooded the side of my house and caused no water in my home. PVC was not glued properly to the valves which caused the pressure to blow the line. There is no excuse for this on massive contracts. Expect legal action.
