This was honestly such a beautiful and personal tea experience. We had our experience with Gerard, and they were amazing! They were so welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the different types of matchas. I loved listening to Gerard, and the history behind matcha and hojicha and explain more about what we were drinking. You could really tell how much knowledge and care is put into this experience. Jude is pompous and rude. I don't think he could manage a target let alone own a business. Do not try to conduct business with him. Regrettable experience.
Went for the matcha latte tasting experience and we enjoyed it! The matcha tasted great and our “teacher” was very knowledgable. I just wish we could have water to wash our mouths between the drinks because we could barely taste any difference towards the end because our tongues were tired. Also be aware that they only make you try the matcha they sell, so it was a less extensive collection than we thought, but still very good!
